  • $200 deposit is required when scheduling a permanent makeup or plasma/fibroblast procedure.
  • A 48 hour cancellation notice is required or your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If notice is given, deposit will be applied to rescheduled appointment. NO REFUNDS.
